Nick DiMeglio has been licensed in Real Estate and Property Management for 42 years in NJ and has resided in Franklin Township since 1979. Having lived and worked in Somerset County his entire life, his love of community shines through. He managed his family's business beginning in 1979 for 18 years, worked as a Paralegal for 10 years, and in 1995 opened a successful Real Estate Office and Management Companies in Franklin, later merging with BHHS Fox & Roach Realtors.
He served 17 years as President of the Society Hill Board and actively supports various organizations and community groups. In 2020, he was honored as Volunteer of the Year by the Franklin Township Chamber of Commerce.
Nick has dedicated many years volunteering in the school district, serving as PTO/PTSO President of several schools and the Parent Organization Presidents Council for 18 years. He chaired the committee for the successful $85 million School District Referendum and organized numerous community events, including Project Graduation. He is currently a member of the Franklin Township Board of Education since 2025.
Bill Grippo — 1st Vice President, Events

Bill Grippo has been a resident of Franklin Township since 1977, when he began his career with the Franklin Board of Education as Director of Adult/Community Education and Principal of the first Adult High School. He held numerous administrative positions and retired from MacAfee Road School after 42 years of service.
Bill has served on many township committees and held political roles as Councilman and Deputy Mayor. He currently serves on the Franklin Township Board of Education.
He is widely recognized for his public service, including being charter president of the Franklin Township Rotary Club and being named Man of the Year by the Chamber of Commerce. His accomplishments include fundraising campaigns for July 4th Fireworks, MDA, the Villagers Theater, the Franklin Food Bank, and the construction of Franklin’s first performance Gazebo. In 2022, he received the YMCA Spirit Award for his leadership efforts.

A veteran of the Franklin Township Chamber of Commerce, Peter has provided guidance and wisdom to the Board of Trustees.
Michelle Moskal — Treasurer
Retired from Franklin Township Schools
Michelle was born and raised in Franklin Township since 1960 and is a Franklin High School Class of 1978 graduate. She worked at AT&T/Lucent from 1979–2003, maintaining financial database feeds and training employees on financial systems.
She then worked for the Franklin Township Board of Education from 2005–2025, serving as a secretary in both the main office and guidance department at Sampson G. Smith School. She was instrumental in the passage of the Franklin School Referendum in 2014–2015.
Dominique N. Powell — Secretary
CEO, The Compassionate Exchange, Inc.
With over a decade of experience as an educator for Orange County Public Schools, Dominique has deep understanding of the challenges facing youth with exceptionalities. As the sibling of an adult brother with Autism, she recognized a gap in community support for young adults with disabilities, inspiring her to found The Compassionate Exchange Incorporated.
As CEO, her goal is to equip young people with disabilities with knowledge and connections necessary to transition into postsecondary life. She believes encouragement, motivation, and high expectations help young people reach their full potential.
Dr. Namik Sercan — Policies Director
Chief Education Officer – Central Jersey College Prep Charter School
Dr. Sercan is an experienced educator and school leader with over 20 years in teaching, administration, and school development. He serves as Chief Education Officer at Central Jersey College Prep Charter School, leading academic programs, staff development, and strategic planning.
He holds a Doctorate and Master’s in Educational Leadership from Georgia State University and is recognized for building high-performing schools, securing grants, and fostering community partnerships. He is also a veteran of the Chamber and helps ensure by-laws are followed.
John Park — Social Media Director
Founder and Principal, Hamilton Street Properties
John is an experienced real estate developer specializing in mixed-use, multifamily, student housing, restaurants, and daycare centers in Franklin Township. He previously worked as a corporate attorney in NYC.
He holds a B.S. in Marketing and Economics from NYU Stern (magna cum laude) and a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law–Newark, where he received the Order of the Coif. He manages several multifamily buildings and day-care centers and serves on the Hamilton Street Advisory Board.
PJ Parker — Publicity Director
Franklin Reporter & Advocate Co-Publisher and Advertising Director
PJ Parker is a graduate of NYU and has a career in newspapering with Somerset Press Newspapers and Forbes Newspapers. She has earned awards for Campaign Development and Advertising Excellence.
She is also an accomplished jazz vocalist with three albums and international songwriting awards, with her work featured in film and television. Her fourth album is slated for release.
The Franklin Reporter & Advocate was honored as Small Business of the Year in 2024 and celebrated its 10-year anniversary.

Tamara serves as Chair of the Welcome Committee, ensuring new members have a seamless onboarding experience.
With over 25 years in hospitality, she has planned meetings, conferences, social events, and weddings while building strong community connections. She is passionate about Chamber growth and business-to-business engagement.

Alice Osipowitz — Executive Director
Retired, Director of Parks & Recreation
Alice is the Executive Director for The Chamber of Commerce since 2024. She was the Director of the Franklin Township Department of Parks & Recreation from 1977 to 2020. As a graduate of Franklin High School and Montclair University, she was dedicated to improving the quality of life through leisure services for Franklin for 43 years.
Alice has also served as the Chairperson for the Municipal Alliance for the Prevention of Substance Abuse and the Youth Service Commission, working with a broad base of community representatives to enhance services targeted at reducing juvenile delinquency and illegal substance abuse.
Alice has proudly served on the FTMLK Breakfast Committee and Foundation for 25 years and is committed to promoting diversity and keeping Martin Luther King’s dream alive through the efforts of the Foundation in support of the youth of Franklin Township.
