Rajani Kurukkal — Membership Chair
Rajani Kurukkal is an entrepreneur, community leader, and advocate dedicated to creating meaningful impact through service and collaboration. As a local business owner, she is deeply invested in supporting economic growth and strengthening connections within the community.
Driven by a passion for making a difference, Rajani founded Heartbeat Heroes, a youth-led initiative focused on CPR awareness, emergency response education, and mental health advocacy. Through this platform, she works to equip individuals—especially young people—with the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to respond in critical situations and support one another.
As an active member of the Franklin Township Chamber of Commerce, Rajani is committed to building partnerships across businesses, schools, and local organizations. She believes that community-driven efforts, combined with education and empowerment, can create safer, stronger, and more connected neighborhoods.
In addition to her community work, Rajani brings extensive experience in talent acquisition and workforce strategy, where she has led large-scale hiring initiatives and supported organizational growth across industries.
